Bank of America updated their CSV download format, and in a way it has been improved, but of course it broke the import facility in pbooks. I’ve fixed it again, and hopefully this won’t become a regular occurence.
The import function is now setup to take 3 fields:
1. date
2. memo
3. amount
Any fields after that will get discarded.
For exporting and importing of SQL, just use extended statements.
In other news, I recently updated my own production running version of pbooks, and the upgrade went smoothly. My setup looks “almost real” in that it can support my accounting and bookkeeping needs. I’ll still need to work a lot of invoicing and deposits, but I’m really happy with the progress.
