Before releasing 0.08, run through the usual tests, as well as perform a docroot install (not recommended, but commonly done) and a preferred install using out-of-docroot project home.

Make sure to test a complete, full install prio to packaging and releasing.

Made a few changes to support experimental Windows-XAMPP installation, need to test on debian again.
