PBooks runs on the PHP language, but most of the logic is programmed in SQL and XSL.

Yes, it is possible to do that, but most people would find it too complicated for the task.

Not yet, but we've got a good setup for translation. The process and specifications need a little more refinement. For more information, check out the PBooks i18n page.

PBooks is licensed under the Affero GPL version 3.

You need a web server, such as Apache, a database, such as MySQL, and an XML / XSL processor, like Nexista / PHP with the xml and xslt extensions.

You need a browser with emcascript (javascript) and cookies enabled.
